This Privacy Policy describes how KAM Studio ("we", "us") handles information when you play Guardpost (com.kamstudio.guardpost), available on Google Play.

Information We Collect

Guardpost does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.

The app may collect the following limited data:

Analytics data — We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played (for example: session length, nights completed, tutorial completion, in-app purchase funnel events, and crash diagnostics). This data is aggregated and includes device information such as device model, operating system version, and a pseudonymous app-instance identifier. It does not include your name or contact details.
Play Games Services — If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, your Play Games profile (gamer tag and avatar) and your scores are used to operate leaderboards. Sign-in is optional; the game is fully playable without it.
Purchase data — In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock the purchased content.
Advertising — Guardpost may offer optional rewarded ads (when enabled). If shown, they are served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. The current version of the game does not include an advertising SDK.

How We Use Information

We use this data solely to operate and improve Guardpost: fixing crashes, balancing gameplay, operating leaderboards, delivering purchased content, and showing optional rewarded ads. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the game.

Data Retention & Deletion

Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to Firebase's standard retention settings. Your local game progress is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app. To disconnect Play Games data, you can remove Guardpost from your Play Games profile in your Google account settings. For any data-related request, contact us at the address below.

Children

Guardpost is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your data, email kamstudio.dev@gmail.com from the Google account you used with Guardpost, with the subject "Data Deletion Request – Guardpost". We will delete associated analytics and diagnostics data (app interactions, crash logs, device identifiers) within 30 days of verification. Play Games Services profile data (player ID, leaderboard scores) is managed by Google and can be deleted via your Google account settings or by requesting removal through us. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained. IAP purchase records are retained as required by Google Play and applicable law.
